Refund policy
RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Return Center.
Cesoli will refund the original form of payment within 7 working days. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note, there is a processing fee of $8.00 associated with returns and exchanges.
Items must be in original condition and packaging and include packing slips. Items that have been worn or damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund or exchange and will be mailed back to you.
Sale Items: All buckles and belts purchased with a discount of 20% or more are final sale. No returns will be accepted.
Gifts: We offer store credit for returned gifts. Please contact us at care@cesoli.com.
Damaged Goods: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at care@cesoli.com with a photo of the item and your order number.
Lost Goods: Once your order is in the possession of the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS), the shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, you must contact the shipping carrier and file a lost package claim.
