Refund policy
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. HOLIDAY ORDERS: Returns and exchanges are accepted until January 10, 2025 for orders purchased after November 20th. Items must be in original condition and packaging and include packing slips. Items that have been worn or damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund or exchange and will be mailed back to you.
Sale Items: All buckles and belts purchased with a discount of 25% or more are final sale. No returns will be accepted.
Black Friday: Buckles(s) purchased with the promotion code during our annual “Thankful Sale” and Black Friday Sale are final sale. Promotion can not be applied to prior purchases.
GIFTS
We are more than happy to offer store credit for returned gifts. Please contact customer service at care@cesoli.com.
DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at care@cesoli.com with a photo of the damaged/wrong item and your order number.
LOST GOODS
The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.
